1. Acceptance of Terms

Deposits are generally credited to your kvs247 account balance promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. For JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers, credits typically appear within seconds of a successful transaction. For bank transfers, processing times may vary depending on your bank.

You must only deposit funds from payment accounts that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from a third party into your kvs247 account, is not permitted. kvs247 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds as part of account verification procedures.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply and are shown at the time of deposit.
• kvs247 does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed — contact support as soon as possible if you have made a deposit by mistake.
• Funds held in your kvs247 balance do not earn interest.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonuses or promotions. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible.

Before processing a withdrawal — particularly for first-time withdrawals or larger amounts — kvs247 may request identity verification. • Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown at the time of the request.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to accounts registered in your own name.
• If a withdrawal is declined, the amount is returned to your kvs247 balance and you will be notified through the platform.
• Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by you before they are processed, after which the amount returns to your available balance.

6. Betting and Games Rules

All bets placed on kvs247 — whether on cricket, PSL matches, T20 internationals, football, Esports or any other sports market — are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product, as displayed on the platform at the time of placing the bet. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and Conditions and a specific product's rules, the specific product rules will take precedence for matters relating to that product.

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless the platform explicitly offers a cash-out or bet edit feature for that particular market. Bets placed on incorrect odds due to a manifest error on kvs247's part may be voided at kvs247's discretion. A manifest error includes typographical mistakes, incorrectly assigned odds, or technical feed errors.

For slot games, fish games and live casino products, all game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or live dealer procedures, as applicable. kvs247 does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player percentages for slot games are set by the game provider and are not adjustable by kvs247 on a per-player basis.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

10. Limitation of Liability

kvs247 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. Upon account closure — whether initiated by you or by kvs247 — any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification steps.
